From now until (at least) the New Year, I'm going to post more features on charitable organizations whose good work could use our help. Yes, even our sad, laid-off, and unemployed help.Today I ask you check out Let's Bring 'Em Home's web site. This nonpartisan nonprofit raises money to pay for US soldiers' plane fares, allowing many American families to spend their holidays together who otherwise might have not been able to. Last year $63,000 was raised and paid for 72 flights home. I know money is tight this year, but do consider donating whatever you can---every dollar counts!
